Kintamani
Kintamani is a district and a village within that district, on the western edge of the larger caldera wall of the Mount Batur caldera in Bali, Indonesia. The Kintamani district includes 19 Bali Aga villages, disseminated at the foot of mount Batur, along lake Batur and in the valleys. The village of Penglipuran is set along a hilly countryside, a delightful well-kept village composed of wide, brick roads, lined with rows of charming, antique houses with neatly manicured gardens in between. Visitors to Penglipuran are usually treated to a taste of the famous Bali Coffee. Kintamani offers a mesmerizing blend of natural beauty and cultural experience.
