Day 1.
At 09.00 a.m. you will be picked up at the meeting point, meet and greet with our representative. Then we start the trip with a visit to old Sunda Kelapa harbor, where you can see the phinisi (traditional wooden ships). The port used to be the trading center from which Jakarta originated. Today the port is only used for national distribution. Next, you will go to Kota Tua, old Batavia city. At Fatahillah Square you can visit the old city hall, presently the Fatahillah or Batavia Museum and wayang puppet museum with the cemetery of the Governor of Batavia. On the Town Hall Square you will have lunch at Café Batavia, typical Dutch dishes are also on the menu, such as a portion of bitterballen and many others.
The trip will continue after lunch to Bogor, we will visit Kebun Raya, the Botanical Garden. Here, you will see, and we will introduce you to more than 15.000 different species of flowers, plants and trees. You also can see the presidential palace, which is located right next to the garden. Then after walking through the garden, you will go to the hotel for check-in.
Day 2.
You will be picked up at 07.00 a.m. at your hotel and then go to Karang Tengah village in Sentul. Furthermore, you will do trekking, accompanied with a local guide. Explore and enjoy the beauty of nature, waterfall, various plantations and rural communities who are so friendly. Next, you will visit a hot spring and have lunch at a local restaurant. Then you will go back to your hotel in Jakarta.
