Day 1. Arrival Denpasar – Sanur
At Ngurah Rai Airport in Denpasar, you will be picked up and go directly to your accommodation in Sanur for check-in. The rest of the day is free.
Day 2. Sanur – Nusa Lembongan
After breakfast, you will go to the port to cross to Nusa Lembongan by fast boat. The crossing takes approximately 45 minutes. From the port in Lembongan, you will go to the accommodation for check-in. You can spend the rest of the day as you wish.
Day 3. Nusa Lembongan
Today is a free day.
Day 4. Nusa Lembongan / Ceningan
After breakfast we will go by scooters to take a look at Devil Tears. Then you will continue for a Mangrove Tour, where a boat will take you through the mangroves. We will make a stop at Panorama Hill to enjoy the beautiful view. On the way to Nusa Ceningan, we will make several stops at different beautiful beaches. On the islet of Nusa Ceningan, you will visit Blue Lagoon and then transfer back to the accommodation.
Day 5. Nusa Lembongan – Sanur – Seminyak
In the morning you will be picked up and go to the port to cross back to Sanur. From the port, we will visit Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park, you can see the 23-meter-high Kencana statue, among other things. The GWK is a fascinating 60-acre cultural park that attracts visitors from all over the world. As you stroll through the park, you will be introduced to Balinese culture through intriguing cultural performances, legendary folklore stories, immense sculptures and dramatic cinematic presentations.
After walking through the park, the drive continues to Uluwatu Temple which is known for its amazing location. The temple stands at the top of a cliff, about 80 meters above sea level overlooking the Indian Ocean. Then you will go to your accommodation in Seminyak for check-in.
Day 6. Seminyak
Today you will be picked up after breakfast and we will visit the Batubulan village known for its stone carving. Here we will attend a Barong and Kris Dance show. The performance begins at 9:30 a.m. and lasts about an hour. The performance depicts the unending struggle between good (dharma/Barong) and evil (adharma/Rangda). Barong Dance’s specialty lies in the elements of comedy and mythology.
Furthermore, we continue to Celuk, the center of silverware and expertise in wood carving. You will visit 1 of the many silver forges to witness how the jewelry is produced step by step and we will visit a woodworking workshop, you can admire the wood carving art and, of course, buy a wooden figurine or wall decoration. Next, we take a look at a silver store, you can browse around and possibly buy a beautiful piece of jewelry. Then we will go to Alas Kedaton (monkey forest), optional you can take a picture with a kalong (bat dog) in Balinese costume. Finally, we will enjoy the dazzling sunset at Tanah Lot, and you will transfer back to the accommodation.
Day 7. Seminyak – Lovina
Today we continue our journey to the north of Bali. On the way, we will take a look at the butterfly garden, Taman Kupu-Kupu. After admiring different species of butterflies, we make a stop at Jatiluwih to enjoy the beautiful view of the rice fields. After lunch at Jatiluwih, we continue to Gitgit waterfall. Here we take a hike of about half an hour to the waterfall, you can enjoy the beautiful green nature. Then you will go to the accommodation in Lovina for check-in.
Day 8. Lovina
Early in the morning we will go to spot dolphins by boat. Arriving back at the accommodation, it is time for breakfast. After breakfast you will go to the house of a Balinese family. Under the guidance of the owner of the house we will take a walk in the surroundings of the village Mayong. During this walk of about 2 to 3 hours you will get a clear picture of the daily life of the local population. You will also get to know the rich nature with tropical fruits, different kinds of vegetables and herbs. After the hike, we can enjoy a traditional homemade lunch prepared by the lady of the house. Then you will go back to the accommodation and the rest of the day is free.
Day 9. Lovina – Ubud
After breakfast, we will take a look at the local fruit market. We will continue to admire different kinds of flowers, plants and trees at Kebun Raya Bedugul botanical garden. Next, we will visit Ulun Danu Bratan Temple, the most enchanting temple complex on the shores of Lake Beratan. With a walk through the gardens with beautiful flowers and tropical plants, you can walk towards the lake. The clear lake is almost always calm and quiet and often a thin fog hangs over the lake giving it a mysterious aura. After walking around the complex, you can have lunch directly at 1 of the eateries. We continue the drive to Ubud. Before check-in at the accommodation, we will visit the Puri Saren Agung that belonged to a royal family that ruled Ubud at the end of the 19th century until 1917.
Day 10. Ubud
After breakfast, you will be picked up and can compare the rice fields of Jatiluwih with Tegalalang rice fields. Then we will go to the higher Kintamani with a pleasant cool temperature. You will go to the best spot for a magnificent view of the semi active Batur volcano and the lake, here we will have lunch at one of the many buffet restaurants. After lunch we take a look at Gunung Kawi.
Furthermore, you will visit the Hindu temple Tirta Empul Tampaksiring which was built around 926 AD. The main unique feature of this temple is found in the natural springs in the temple area. The water from this spring is used by Hindus to bathe, purify themselves and ask for holy water. After exploring the temple, you will transfer back to your accommodation.
Day 11. Ubud
Today is a free day. You can go shopping in the cozy streets in downtown Ubud and test your bargaining skills at the Ubud Art Market. Visit the Saraswati Temple where you can attend a Kecak performance at sunset (the Kecak performance takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays). Meet the cheeky monkeys at Monkey Forest Ubud or relax at your accommodation.
Day 12. Ubud – Kuta
After breakfast, we will visit Goa Gajah (the elephant cave), the place of worship for Buddhists. After this, we will see the traditional houses at Taman Nusa Bali and visit Kerta Gosa. The building of Kerta Gosa is very unique and rich in high art value, the style of the famous painting Kamasan from the 18th century was used for the decoration.
During the Dutch colonization between 1908 and 1942, it served as a court for lawbreakers, especially criminals. You can see Bale Kembang or Taman Gili, a floating pavilion built on the fishpond. Its physical form is a combination of the Dutch style with Balinese traditional architecture. After the museum, it is time to brave the large number of bats in the Goa Lawah cave. Then you will transfer to your accommodation in Kuta for check-in.
Day 13. Kuta
Today is a free day. You can explore the lively and busy Kuta. Kuta has a long sandy beach with sunbeds and several places to eat and drink. In the center you can go shopping at the Discovery mall and at the small stores on the main street. On Kartika Plaza Street you will find countless restaurants with local Balinese cuisines, but it also offers international culinary from Japanese to Korean to Western cuisine. You also have a wide choice of cozy cafes and terraces where live bands often perform.

Today you can transfer to Ngurah Rai Airport or continue your journey on your own initiative.
