ITINERARY

After breakfast you will meet and greet with our representative, then start the trip to Sunda Kelapa, a historic port located in the northern part of Jakarta. Next, we continue to Museum Fatahillah, also known as the Jakarta History Museum, located in the Old Town. The museum was originally built by the Dutch East India Company as the Stadhuis of Batavia. It tells the story of Jakarta’s history, from the pre-colonial era to the present day.

Next, you will visit Museum Wayang, it has thousands of wayang puppets, traditional Indonesian masks and costumes. The museum displays various types of wayang puppets. We continue to Monument National of Jakarta, known as Monas, it represents the spirit of the Indonesian people. It is made of marble and bronze and is topped by a golden flame.

Furthermore, you will visit Istiqlal Mosque, a symbol of the country’s independence and one of the largest mosques in Southeast Asia. The mosque was inaugurated in 1978 by President Suharto. Then you will visit Roman Catholic Cathedral, it was built in the neo-gothic style. The church and the mosque are across from each other. It is a symbol of interfaith harmony and tolerance in Indonesia. Next, we will visit antique markets, you can find a range of antique items, it has been around for over 40 years and known for its collection of vintage items. After enjoying the tour, you will go back to your accommodation.
