These Booking Terms & Conditions outline the basis upon which travel services are provided by Inn2Travel. By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and become confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment. Quotations are valid for a limited period and may be adjusted due to currency fluctuations, supplier changes, or availability conditions.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in the agreed currency unless otherwise stated. Payments may be made via bank transfer or other approved payment methods.

A deposit may be required to secure arrangements, while the remaining balance must be settled prior to arrival according to the payment timeline stated in your confirmation invoice.

Bank transfer fees, exchange rate differences, and intermediary bank charges are the responsibility of the client.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on supplier conditions, operational commitments, and the timing of cancellation.

Certain services including flights, special permits, peak-season accommodations, or customized arrangements may be non-refundable.

Cancellation fees may apply in accordance with hotel, airline, transportation, and operational partner policies.

4. Changes & Amendments

Inn2Travel reserves the right to adjust itineraries, accommodations, transportation, schedules, or activities when necessary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety considerations, government regulations, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Where possible, alternative arrangements of similar standard will be provided.

5. Travel Documents & Visa Requirements

Guests are responsible for ensuring that passports, visas, vaccination certificates, travel permits, and other required travel documentation remain valid throughout the journey.

Inn2Travel shall not be held responsible for denied entry, immigration issues, or travel disruptions caused by incomplete or invalid documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, personal belongings, travel delays, and adventure-related activities.

7. Activities & Personal Responsibility

Certain activities offered in Indonesia may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to trekking, snorkeling, diving, boating, rafting, volcano exploration, and outdoor adventure activities.

Guests are responsible for assessing their own physical condition and suitability for participation. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the guest’s own risk.

8. Force Majeure

Inn2Travel shall not be liable for delays, modifications, or failure to perform services caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, volcanic eruptions, extreme weather, political instability, pandemics, transportation disruptions, airline cancellations, or government restrictions.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Inn2Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent suppliers including hotels, airlines, transportation companies, cruise operators, and local activity providers.

While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held liable for acts, errors, omissions, injuries, losses, delays, or operational failures caused by third-party suppliers.

10. Sustainability Commitment

Inn2Travel encourages responsible and sustainable travel practices that respect local communities, cultural heritage, wildlife, and the natural environment throughout Indonesia.

11. Governing Law

These Booking Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.

12. Operational Authority & Safety Decisions

Inn2Travel reserves the right to make operational decisions in the interest of traveler safety, comfort, and logistical efficiency. This may include modifying routes, changing departure times, replacing accommodations, adjusting transportation arrangements, or cancelling certain activities where necessary.

Such decisions may be influenced by weather conditions, volcanic activity, sea conditions, local regulations, transportation disruptions, security concerns, or operational circumstances beyond reasonable control.

13. Health & Fitness Responsibility

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in the booked travel activities and experiences.

Any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, allergies, mobility limitations, or special assistance requirements should be communicated to Inn2Travel prior to travel confirmation.

14. Supplier & Accommodation Substitution

In exceptional situations where confirmed services become unavailable, Inn2Travel reserves the right to substitute hotels, transportation, guides, vessels, or other travel components with alternatives of similar category and standard whenever reasonably possible.

15. Photography & Promotional Usage

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Inn2Travel may use photographs or videos taken during travel experiences for promotional and marketing purposes, including website, social media, and company publications.

16. Complaints & Claims

Any complaints or service concerns should be communicated immediately during the journey to allow reasonable opportunity for resolution.

Formal claims submitted after completion of travel should be communicated in writing within 14 days of the travel end date.

17. Privacy & Data Protection

Inn2Travel is committed to protecting personal information and handling data responsibly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

18. Intellectual Property

All itineraries, proposals, travel concepts, written materials, branding assets, and digital content provided by Inn2Travel remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or commercially used without prior written consent.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Booking Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any disputes arising from travel arrangements or services provided by Inn2Travel shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts within Indonesia.
