However, Komodo National Park is known for its beauty of islands. It covers the entire region and is made up of rusty-red volcanic hills, savannah and forests. Kalong Island is a beautiful small island with mangrove plantations. This island is home for thousands of bats. It is famous for its sunset spot, when the bats will start their hunting. Pink Beach known for its pink sand., it is a mixture of white sand combined with red sand that is causing the color of pink. While snorkeling near the beachfront you can discover the excellent corals, the underwater gardens and many schools of fish.

Drone Usage
Guest who brings their own drone for usage within the national park (all destinations that our daily trip goes) are required to purchase a drone ticket at the National Park Office at Labuan Bajo 3 days prior of the trip. The cost of the ticket is Rp.1.000.000. so please prepare for enough cash.
