Day 1. Jakarta – Bogor
In the morning you will be picked up at the meeting point, meet and greet. Then start the trip to old Sunda Kelapa harbor. In the past, the port was the center of Jakarta’s trade and commerce and was the birthplace of the city. Today, the port is only used for national distribution, loading and unloading is still mainly done by hand or traditional ways.
Furthermore, you will go to Kota Tua, the old city of Batavia. It serves as a living testament to the city’s colonial past and is a popular destination for both tourists and locals alike. Next, you will visit old Batavia Museum and Wayang Puppet Museum. Then you will have lunch at Café Batavia, where you can also enjoy typical Dutch dishes.
After lunch, we continue to Monument National. Then you will drive through the center of Indonesia’s capital heading the miniature park of Indonesia, on the way you will see the real hustle and bustle of downtown Jakarta with its skyscrapers. Arrive in Taman Indonesia Indah, you will explore a captivating cultural park that showcases the richness and beauty of Indonesia’s 17,000 islands. From the traditional architecture and colorful costumes to the spellbinding performances and immersive exhibits, TMII offers an immersive journey through the cultural tapestry of the archipelago. The trip will continue to Bogor. Arrive in Bogor, you will go to the accommodation for check in.
Day 2. Bogor City Tour
After breakfast at the hotel, you will go to one of the themed Labyrinth villages, Pulo Geulis. Here you will be introduced to the various activities of the locals before arriving at an unusual and oldest temple in Bogor called Pan Kho Bio. Usually, temples are dominated by the Chinese or the Buddhists, but the temple is also used by the Muslims. Then the journey continues to one of the most famous monuments of which the Sundanese people are very proud, the Tugu Kujang and the Lawang Salapan.
Furthermore, you will visit Bogor Botanical Garden, it was built at the beginning of the 19th century and has a large collection of plant species, including many rare and exotic plants. The garden also has ponds, fountains, statues and a historic palace, Istana Bogor which was built during the Dutch colonial period. Next, we will continue to the Museum Pertanahan and visit the Surya Kencana Street, Bogor Chinatown. It is a local trading centers that offers cultural life and a variety of local culinary delights in Bogor. Then you will go back to the hotel.
Day 3. Bogor – Bandung
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up at 08.00 a.m. to continue your adventure to Bandung. On the way, you will be presented with a variety of natural landscapes such as tea plantations, rice fields and many more. Upon your arrival in Puncak, you will do an adrenaline pumping activity, the parasailing experience.
After enjoying the beautiful scenery and the parasailing experience in Puncak, the journey will continue to Bandung. On the way you will stop at the beautiful Citarum River where you can take a break and take pictures of the beautiful scenery. Then the journey continues through the Padalarang area, the center of marble and limestone mining in West Java. Arrive in Bandung, you will go to the hotel for check in.
Day 4. Bandung City Tour
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up and driven to the south of Bandung to visit the white crater of Ciwidey. The drive will take approximately 2 hours to complete. Arrive at Ciwidey you will go to Kawah Putih, a beautiful white/blue lake created from the eruption of Mount Patuha. After enjoying your time at Kawah Putih, you will continue to Rancabali Tea Estate. The sprawling tea gardens offer the chance to stop and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains and valleys, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Then the journey continues back to the city of Bandung for a visit to the Angklung Udjo Music School. At the end of the performance, we will continue back to the hotel.
