A 9-day journey across Bali combining traditional villages, tropical landscapes, sacred temples, rice terraces, coastal experiences and time to relax by the sea.

West Bali Nature & Northern Coast

Your journey begins at Gilimanuk Port or from your accommodation in Pemuteran. From here, travel through the protected landscapes of West Bali and explore the natural surroundings of Bali Barat National Park. Continue towards the northern coast and arrive in Lovina for hotel check-in and a relaxed evening.

Mayong Village & Balinese Local Life

After breakfast, visit a Balinese family in Mayong Village and discover everyday life in rural Bali. Enjoy a 2–3 hour walk through the surrounding countryside, passing tropical fruit trees, vegetable gardens, herbs and local agricultural landscapes. After the walk, enjoy a traditional homemade lunch prepared by your host family. Continue to Munduk Buleleng Waterfall before returning to Lovina.

Dolphins, Snorkeling & Northern Bali Coast

Start early with a boat trip from Lovina in search of dolphins along Bali’s northern coast. Continue with a snorkeling experience to discover the underwater world before heading back towards the beach. Spend the afternoon at leisure, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of northern Bali.

Waterfalls, Temple & Volcano Landscapes

After breakfast, visit Gitgit Waterfall before continuing to Ulun Danu Beratan Temple beside the scenic lake at Bedegul. Travel onwards through Bali’s mountain landscapes towards Kintamani. Arrive in the highlands for panoramic views of Mount Batur and Lake Batur, with the cooler mountain climate providing a refreshing change from the coast. Check in to your accommodation in Kintamani.

Coffee, Holy Springs & Rice Terraces

Continue towards Ubud with a visit to a traditional Kopi Luwak agro-tourism site, where you can learn about the coffee production process and enjoy a cup of locally produced coffee. Continue to Tirta Empul Temple, famous for its sacred spring water and traditional purification rituals. Visit the Tegalalang rice terraces before exploring Goa Gajah, also known as the Elephant Cave. Continue to Ubud for hotel check-in.

Ubud Heritage, Crafts & Tanah Lot Sunset

Begin the day with a walk through the Sacred Monkey Forest before visiting Puri Saren Agung, the historic royal palace of Ubud. Continue to Tegenungan Waterfall, where you can enjoy the scenery and take a break for lunch. In the afternoon, travel to Celuk, known for its silver craftsmanship and traditional wood carving. End the day with sunset at the iconic Tanah Lot Temple before continuing to Kuta for check-in. An optional Kecak performance can be arranged depending on availability.

Leisure Day by the Beach

Enjoy a free day in Kuta at your own pace. Relax on the beach, explore Kuta Central Mall and discover Bali’s many souvenir shops and local stores. Families may also choose to spend the afternoon at Waterbom Bali. The day is intentionally left flexible for relaxation, shopping or personal activities.

Uluwatu, GWK & Southern Bali

After breakfast, travel to Bali’s southern peninsula and visit Uluwatu Temple, dramatically positioned on a cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean. Continue to Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park and discover its monumental statue and cultural surroundings. Continue to Benoa, where optional water sports or a boat trip to Turtle Island can be arranged. End the day in Sanur with hotel check-in and a relaxed evening.

Departure or Continue Your Journey

After breakfast, your Bali journey comes to an end. Transfer to Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar for your onward flight, or continue your Indonesian adventure by fast boat towards Nusa Lembongan, Lombok or Gili Trawangan.

A Complete Journey Through Bali

This 9-day itinerary combines cultural discovery, nature, local experiences and coastal relaxation. Several days include active walking and sightseeing, while dedicated leisure time in Kuta allows you to slow down before continuing to southern Bali and Sanur. The journey can also serve as a comfortable starting point for onward travel to the nearby islands.
