Itinerary
Raja Ampat Central & North Cruise
A seven-night liveaboard journey from Sorong through the Central and Northern regions of Raja Ampat, combining marine exploration, island scenery and iconic limestone landscapes.
Embarkation in Sorong
Meet the crew in Sorong and transfer to the harbour for embarkation. After a welcome, safety briefing and introduction to the vessel, begin sailing towards Raja Ampat. Depending on the final operational plan, the first marine activity may take place near the departure area before continuing into the archipelago.
Reefs & Island Life
Explore the Dampier Strait and its surrounding islands. Depending on sea conditions and the cruise programme, the day may include snorkeling, diving or other marine activities around selected reefs. There may also be opportunities to visit a local island community before continuing the cruise.
Limestone Islands & Turquoise Waters
Continue towards the spectacular Fam Islands. Enjoy the surrounding marine environment and dramatic limestone formations. The clear waters and sheltered bays create opportunities for snorkeling, swimming, diving and photography, depending on the final cruise programme.
The Iconic Piaynemo Viewpoint
Explore Piaynemo and its famous karst landscape. A shore excursion provides the opportunity to reach the panoramic viewpoint overlooking the characteristic turquoise lagoons and limestone islands. Return to the vessel and continue the cruise towards the northern part of Raja Ampat.
Sailing into Northern Raja Ampat
Sail further north towards Kawe and the remote waters of Wayag. Depending on the conditions and the final route, there may be opportunities for marine activities around selected reefs or islands along the way. The journey itself becomes part of the experience as the landscape becomes increasingly remote.
Wayag's Remote Island Landscape
Spend the day exploring the spectacular Wayag area. Depending on conditions, activities may include a viewpoint hike, kayaking, snorkeling, swimming or exploration of the surrounding lagoons and beaches. This is one of the defining landscape experiences of the northern Raja Ampat route.
Return Through the Archipelago
Begin the journey south towards Sorong, with time for selected marine activities or a final island stop depending on the cruise schedule. Enjoy your final evening on board while sailing back through the Raja Ampat archipelago.
Disembarkation in Sorong
After breakfast, complete check-out and disembark in Sorong. Transfer to Sorong Airport or your next accommodation can be arranged according to your onward travel plans.
