The chef will cook Indonesian Cuisine or Western Cuisine. The basic menu will be Chicken/Seafood/Meat, Vegetables, Rice, Soup and many more.
If you have allergies or special diets, special meal can be made by request.
Indonesian dishes have rich flavors; most often described as savory, hot and spicy, and also combination of the basic tastes such as sweet, salty, sour and bitter.

Indonesian cuisine often demonstrates complex flavor, acquired from certain ingredients and bumbu spices mixture. Indonesian dishes have rich flavors. Most Indonesians flavor hot and spicy food. Sambal is Indonesian hot and spicy chili sauce with various optional ingredients, notably shrimp paste, shallots, and others.
Indonesian traditional meals usually consist of steamed rice as staple, surrounded by vegetables and soup and meat or fish side dishes. Steamed rice will soon be surrounded by vegetables, fish or meat, and maybe some fried dishes, sambal and krupuk.
The main Indonesian cooking methods are frying, grilling, roasting, dry roasting, boiling and steaming. Some popular Indonesian dishes such as nasi goreng, gado-gado, satay, and soto are considered as national dishes. Indonesian cuisine has a unique taste.
